STANDARD CLEANING
ATTENTION:
1) We do not transport heavy furniture.
2) If your home has any construction, remodeling or painting, you should schedule a Post-Work Cleaning.
3) If the blinds need to be cleaned with a damp cloth, an additional cost will be charged.
4) We do not remove adhesives and glue residue from any surface (eg surfaces, counters, glass and other surfaces).
6) External area cleaning will be charged an additional cost.
7) We try our best to stick to the flat rate we give on your booking. If the conditions of your home are not what we expected (hygiene, cleaning time, organization or size range) the price of your cleaning may increase.
1)WINDOWS CLEANING : - Interior windows and track $15 per window
-Exterior windows and track cleaning $20 per window
2) Blind cleaning with cloth : $5 per blind small and $10 per blind large.
- CLEANING OF WINDOWS, GLASS DOORS AND BLINDS THAT ARE WITHIN ARMS REACH.
-THIS SERVICE WILL ONLY BE DONE WITH THE CLIENTS PERMISSION
The following is the description of the STANDARD CLEANING:
BATHROOMS: 1)Wash and sanitize toilet, shower, and sink; 2)Duster and wipe all reachable surfaces; 3)Wipe down doors handles and light switches; 4)Vacuum all floor; 5)Mop all floors; 6)Clean baseboards with duster; 7)Take out trash and recyclables.
KITCHEN: 1)wash and scrub sink; 2)Inside and outside of microwave; 3)Clean countertops; 4)Outside the fridge; 5)Outside the oven; 6)Outside the dishwasher; 7)Baseboards with duster; 8)Clean the ceiling fans with duster; 9)Wipe down doors handles and light switches; 10)vacuum all floors; 11)mop all floors; 12)take out trash and recyclables.
BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS: 1)dust and wipe all reachable surfaces; 2)wipe mirrors and glass fixtures; 3)Wipe down doors handles and light switches; 4)Clean the ceiling fans with duster; 5) Baseboards with duster; 6)vacuum all floors; 7)mop all floors; 8) Take out trash and recyclables.
